# How do I know who my LootLabs Account Manager is?

LootLabs works in a way that every user has an account manager associated to them!

We have a team of experts in charge of account activity!

in order to see who your account manager you will need to navigate to the [creators panel](https://creators.lootlabs.gg/),

at the top right section of the panel you have details of your account manager, feel free to contact them in any contact option that is presented.
