The Panel is "Closed for Maintenance" are my links still live?

This Rarely happens but sometimes we need to shut down the panel for short periods of time,
in order to do maintenance work or push important updates,
This DOES NOT affect active links in any ways!
Your links still work and all data is still gathered.
